Benjamin Lewis joins Edge Case Research as Vice President of Insurance
We are excited to announce that Edge Case Research has hired Benjamin Lewis, CPCU, as Vice President of Insurance. Ben will lead efforts to offer autonomous vehicle insurance and risk management products and services that build on the company’s existing solutions.
Ben joins us from Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he most recently served as Senior Director of Automotive & Mobility Strategic Partnerships in the insurer’s Mobility Practice. There, he built and managed strategic relationships with some of the world’s leading autonomy and mobility companies and championed autonomous vehicles as an emerging market, leading Liberty Mutual to write its first risks in the space as an early mover.
With his innovative thinking, years of experience working at the intersection of autonomy and insurance, and his robust industry relationships, Ben brings valuable insurance domain knowledge to complement the safety engineering expertise and technology Edge Case provides.
